You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous - how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can't even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me!

19 weeks, 6 days: 5/28/2009

Today we found out that you are a girl!! Daddy, Grandma, and Aunt Bonny went with me to get my ultrasound today. As soon as your picture came up on the screen, your daddy said "that's a girl!" He knew right away! We all got teary-eyed (even Daddy, because he was so excited to see you), and enjoyed watching your little body bounce all around. Like always, you were flipping and kicking all over the place. We haven't quite decided on your name yet. We knew that if you were a boy, we were going to name you Oliver. But, there are so many great names for girls! We like Mollie, Ivory, Mabel, and Gail. Those are our favorites. Ivory was my Grandma's sister; Mollie was my Granny (Great Grandma); Mabel was my Grandpa's mommy; Finally, Gail was Daddy's Grandma. I also like the name Olive, but we are leaning more towards family names. We want your name to be special and have meaning, because you are so special to us. Sometimes I lay in bed thinking about you living inside my tummy, and it makes me feel so happy. I feel so blessed to be pregnant with a precious little girl. We can't wait for your arrival!

We love you,
Mommy and Daddy
